On a hillside within Pasadera Country Club, overlooking the golf course, the Hillside Villas are 11 semi-custom estate homes with Tuscan style architecture. They are designed with luxurious appointments, extensive patios and courtyards, and scenic views. Woodman was the general contractor and construction manager, building these homes for the developer of Pasadera’s production housing.
