The Bungalows at East Dunes overlooks the Monterey Bay in the City of Sand City. This small lot single family infill project consists of 10 lots in coastal vernacular architecture. It replaced a highly visible blighted construction yard with attractive homes, helping to enhance the City’s vision for a coastal residential enclave on the East Dunes. Woodman entitled the project, installed the site improvements, then built and sold the first house, before selling the balance of the project to a national home builder.  Our affiliate company, Legacy Real Estate Group, was the broker that sold the remaining homes for that builder.
