That developer handpicked Woodman to design, build, and deliver these homes to moderate income families at prices from approximately $165,000 to $195,000 in 1997 and 1998. The entire project was redesigned for efficiency and completed within 18 months, as required to meet conditions of approval for the Monterra Ranch development.
