At the northern growth boundary of King City, Mills Ranch is a 400 unit master plan in the Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND), which embodies New Urbanism and Smart Growth principles. Woodman sought project entitlements through a process that engaged the public stakeholders with an interactive design charette. The project includes single and multifamily housing in various densities integrated together with historic architectural types. Woodman entitled the project, installed the first phase improvements, and built the first phase of new homes.
